Drying Flowers for resin pendants

My favorite flowers are in bloom again!! Aren't they beautiful? 

Now its time to start picking and drying the petals for more resin creations, which quickly sold out last year on my Etsy page!

I have experimenting with different flower drying methods; silica gel vs. borax soap mixture. 

I have found that each type of flower has its own pro and con to these methods. What type of method will the Iris prefer? Stayed tuned.
